Application Procedure

Patrick Kelley Youth Foundation is dedicated to finding the most deserving young adult for it's annual scholarship. Each winter our scholarship is posted in the Clark County School District's scholarship guide and delivered to every high school in Clark County.

High School seniors are given ample time to fill out our application and provide all financial documentation. Upon receiving each scholarship application board members review the applications and then determine which applicants they feel are most deserving.

Applicants then appear in person at a PKYF board of directors meeting where the board interviews each applicant. Following all the interviews the board votes on which applicant will receive the Patrick Kelley Scholarship.
